We are a Bible Preaching and Teaching body of believers. All that we plan and do is rooted in the scripture. We believe it is God-inspired and without fault, and it is our charge to use it for teaching, reproof, correction, and to prepare us for every good work in our lives. There is value in all of scripture and we use it as the filter for everything we teach at First Baptist Senatobia.
We are Multi-Generational in our approach to gathering together and serving each other. We recognize there is value in the wisdom of the senior adult, and there is a passion and youthful energy we all need from a teenager. We call ourselves a family, and we strive to model the family that has been known through generations where all ages and stages are valued and we know that each person has something to contribute and that we can learn from each other.
We are Missional in our focus as a church, knowing that Jesus Christ commanded us to be about His Father’s business and go to Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost parts of the world. So whether it’s an activity on campus, or a mission team traveling to another country, you can know that our church family has a plan and a purpose rooted in scripture for what we are doing.
We are located in the heart of Tate County, MS in downtown Senatobia. We have a desire for our city and county to come to a saving faith in Jesus. As a body of belivers, we welcome you to join us a First Baptist Church Senatobia.
